On occasion, I will post special deals on custom hand embroidered clothing items, particularly children's clothing. They will include a specified clothing item with custom hand embroidery. They will be offered on a first come, first serve basis and payment is required to claim an item(s). Turnaround time is most often three weeks or less. They are only available for pick-up or shipping charge.

- Please include the following details in your message:
- Product(s) being requested
- Letter/Name/Design/etc.
- Size and placement
- General color floss desired
- Confirmation of availability
- Request for clarification of any details to provide an accurate quote
- Project quote
- Invoice
- If it's a service that requires you to provide the clothing item, you will ship/deliver those to me
- Any delays in the item being brought/delivered to me will not be included in quoted turnaround time
- If the clothing/fabric is included in your service (dog bandana, embroidery hoop, or special item offered on my social media), i will confirm details and get to work on your order
- Item(s) will be washed, dried, and steamed/ironed according to fabric instruction
- Item(s) will also be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a bag

How long have you been doing hand embroidery?
I created my first hand embroidered item in 2022, but I have been sewing and crafting since 8th grade! My Nanna taught me how to hand embroider about a year before my first niece was born because I wanted to create custom gifts for my sister. Shoutout to the best Nanna in the world!
Do you require items to be prepaid?
Except for special circumstances, an upfront payment is required for all orders.
What's your turn around time?
Generally, you will receive your item within three weeks. I offer a rush-order fee (starting at $10) if you need your item sooner than quoted in your inquiry.
How do we order an item with you?
Send me a message through the "contact" tab on this website and select "Embroidery" in the dropdown menu that asks the purpose of your inquiry.
How should we launder our hand embroidered items?
I typically wash embroidered items on a cold, gentle cycle and dry them on low or hang to dry, depending on the fabric's instructions.
